Lived in Atlantic City witch was rough then moved near cologne about 3 years ago it’s definitely better then the city but still not great. It’s decent but can get ghetto and crackheads are near oakcrest at night time, since COVID everything has been better before COVID cops would always be around and drug dealers I’m pretty sure gang activity is here too.
